ASGlobal’s team features some of the best subject matter experts in the world, and is a member of the SAE G-12ADF Aircraft Deicing Fluids committee. With over 40 years of experience between us, we help shape the global standards by which all fluids are regulated.

The broad range of Paulo’s knowledge and education, combined with his authenticity, serves him well in the aviation world. Additionally, he is practical, patient, and capable of considering alternatives without losing focus of the end result. Paulo is accomplished and goal-driven with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. Expertise includes managing business process change to achieve maximum results with effective planning, organization and communication skills as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Vice President-Operation
Bill is a driven team player with a BA from the University of Villanova and over 10 years of experience in aircraft deicing. His strengths of problem solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced dynamic environment, paired with a dedication to reaching win-win solutions for all stakeholders, enables quick and practical resolutions to the many obstacles faced during a typical winter operation. His hands-on deicing training and first hand understanding of deicing operations across North America provides Bill the opportunity to be an extension of every customer’s operation. It also enables Bill to be customer focused with a unique and fresh approach to supplying aircraft deicing products.
Technical Services
Stefano brings a unique perspective to the team as a recent addition with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester. His academic background, combined with his passion for the aviation industry, has made him a valuable asset to the team. Stefano’s strong desire for success and eagerness to learn and grow have quickly made him an invaluable member of the team.
With a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset, Stefano has already made significant contributions to the team’s projects. His willingness to take on new challenges and his dedication to delivering high-quality work has earned him the respect of his colleagues. Stefano is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge, and he is eager to use his expertise to help the team achieve its goals.
Global Technical Services Lead
With a strong technical and engineering background in aviation industrial machinery and power generation, Karl-Johan has been able to make his mark on a multitude of industries, over the past 15 years. His wide network base and global outreach have enabled many successful projects in Europe and the Americas. He recently contributed in reducing the carbon foot print that deicing has had on the Canadian aviation industry, by collaborating on the installation, calibration and efficacy of the most reliable and advanced recycling plants in the North American marketplace. Focused and goal-oriented, Karl-Johan ensures that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. He is a well-respected, albeit quirky, Guru, in this segment.
